Knowing what time you want is important. So is knowing what refreshments & treats are provided.

Parlor Groups:

-3 pots of teas

-6 scones (limit 1 flavor) OR 10 slices of sweetbread (limit 1 flavor)

-1 dozen cookies (limit 1 flavor)

-1 dozen sweet truffles (limit 1 flavor)

-2 dozen tea sandwiches (limit 2 flavors) OR 8 wedges of Irish soda bread (limit 1 flavor)

Cafe Groups:

-6 pots of teas

-12 scones (limit 2 flavors) OR 20 slices of sweetbread (limit 2 flavors)

-2 dozen cookies (limit 2 flavor)

-2 dozen sweet truffles (limit 2 flavor)

-4 dozen tea sandwiches (limit 2 flavors) OR 16 wedges of Irish soda bread (limit 2 flavors)

More tea treats can be ordered ahead of time. Limited additional cafe items (muffins, scones, drinks) may be purchased during your reservation.

Recommended Parlor Group size: 4-8

Recommended Cafe Group size: 6-12

1.5 hour reservation: Parlor $200 - Cafe $400

Add 30 minutes: $60

The power is in your hands with You Choose! Pick a theme/dress code (if there is one) and any decorations to set the mood. Ideal for special occasions.

$60 cash security deposit required to bring decorations. Absolutely no wall decorations. Any damage to the location will forfeit your security deposit. Your security deposit will be returned at the end of the party.

Themes must be communicated with C.A.T. Cafe before scheduling.

Recommended Cafe Group size: 6-12

1.5 hour reservation: $500

Add 30 minutes: $60

The Princess stays an extra 30 minutes: $50

Cafe room only for food and drink. Parlor room not included.

Treat your tiny one to teatime with either Rapunzel or Elsa! Come dressed for fun.

-Princess parties start promptly at the scheduled time whether or not all attendees are present and situated.

-Rapunzel & Elsa will arrive ~15 minutes after the reservation time and stay for 1 hour. Additional time may be added when setting your reservation.

-C.A.T. Cafe will not provide any child costumes or accessories.

-All children must be supervised by a guardian during the event. If a child acts out, it is the guardian's responsibility to promptly manage the outburst. Failure to do so may result in removal from the party.

Wonderland teatime rentals for those without a costume that want to dress up.

Evening rental prices and sizes included with images on each character tab. Costumes may not leave the cafe.

FAQ

I cannot make my reservation. What are my options?

I need to cancel:

You get a 100% refund if you cancel at least 72 hours before the set time. Cancellations within the 72 hour window will receive a 50% refund.

I need to reschedule:

You can reschedule for FREE at least 72 hours before the set time. Changing the reservation time within the 72 hour window MAY be subject to a 25% rescheduling fee.

Can I bring decorations?

Yes and no.

-You Choose themed parties may pay a $60 cash security deposit to bring any desired tablecloths, tabletop decorations, or accessories to create the right ambiance. Wall decorations are prohibited - failure to comply will forfeit your security deposit.

-All other tea parties may not have additional decorations brought in*.

*Certain circumstances may be permitted to bring decorations. Please communicate with C.A.T. Cafe during the reservation process to be approved or denied. Approved decorations will be subject to the same regulations as a You Choose themed tea party.

Can I choose a different time from the ones listed?

Yes, but rates may change depending on the time you want.

-Reserving the parlor has the most flexibility and will incur no service fees.

-Reserving the cafe includes the entire public space and closes the cafe for business. Choosing a time during regular business hours will incur a $200 service fee.

What happens if I want to bring in food?

You may not to bring in food unless the type of party you are interested in is specialized (such as: gender reveal, birthdays, potluck, etc.). Choosing either option listed below will not reduce the reservation fee.

If the party is specialized and you want to bring in something we do not provide, here are your options:

-You provide 100% of the food. We will provide the tea and all that is needed to enjoy your spread.

-We provide all that is included in the cost. You provide any other food you want for a small one-time $5 service fee. The service fee covers any service items and disposable goods we need to provide.
