Champagne and peaches take the stage! Our Bellini cakes are flavored with champagne and peach then loaded with a tasty peach compote. To finish this beauty off we paired our stars one more time in our buttercream frosting for a wonderful experience.

Here at C.A.T. Cafe we adore anything that’s made with butter pecans. They’re amazing; what can we say? When we heard there was a butter pecan moonshine we just couldn't help ourselves! We’re proud to introduce the moonshine cake: a fantastically smooth dessert baked with fresh butter pecans and a generous pour of that inspiring butter pecan moonshine. Our testers had a hard time putting this celebration of buttered pecan down—we know you will too!

We know, it can be considered a terrible waste to bake with great alcohol, but we disagree. Our crown royal cake is perfectly paired with a house made maple custard and topped with, you guessed it, a crown royal frosting! Each bite is as smooth and refined as the alcohol itself. The best part is you don’t have to break the bank for a taste!

Crown Royal is a delicious brand and we figured it would be a shame to not do something with this high-class whiskey. Enter the Crown Royal Peach cake, infused with its namesake alcohol and filled with a tangy peach compote. We also infused our frosting with this classy whiskey to create an undiluted flavor palate.

Enter with caution, if you don’t like strong coffee. If you do, we dedicate this treat to you. This cake holds nothing back! We’ve ground up espresso beans and mixed them into the cake and frosting, added some coffee liquor, and make no apologies. Rounded out with a smooth cream custard, the Kahlua Espresso packs a punch of caffeine!

The mimosa is iconic – a light, fruity beverage made from champagne and fruit. Now we all can enjoy those wonderful flavors in a cake! Our champagne cake is layered with a range of fruit compotes then topped with a delightful frosting.

Aces and 8s is a badass dessert that takes inspiration from its legendary Dead Man’s Hand namesake and brings the saloon experience to the modern day. Each cake is made with rye whisky, topped with a whisky custard, then loaded with even more whisky in the frosting. We then took it even further – injecting whisky into every cake! There’s almost half an ounce of alcohol in each cake. This one’s for you!

Ah, amaretto. The smooth almond liquor enjoyed by so many. Combine that with a bit of coffee, a dreamy cream filling, and top it all off with a wonderful amaretto frosting, and you’ll have this gorgeous cake. Amaretto takes the spotlight and will keep all attention focused on the play of flavors found here.

We took liberties here, to indulge in something that’s earned a few curious glances. Mead, that fermented honey wine that raises eyebrows every time we talk about this. Sweet honey wine cake is topped with blackberry cherry compote and frosted with a light cherry mead buttercream frosting.

Behold the bourbon bacon cake, a downright treat for those that say one cannot be had without the other. Our personal cakes are baked with that gorgeous blend of hearty bourbon and crispy, oven cooked bacon. Top it all off with a bourbon frosting containing more crispy bacon, and you’ll find this dessert gone before you realize!

Can you stand the heat? This cinnamon schnapps personal cake is elevated with the addition of hot tamale candies baked into the cake! Our frosting is made with a flavorful balance of cinnamon schnapps and sweet heavy cream.

Originally planned as a Saint Patrick’ Day special, we shared our test batches. Rhythmic pounding on the bar began to resonate through the hall. More! More! More! shouts the mob! Thanks to that rowdy crowd you can enjoy this iconic treat year round. The Irish Whiskey boldly stands its ground and dares you to take a bite. Made with stout beer cake, whiskey ganache, and a creamy alcoholic frosting, this rich cake is inspired by our Quirky Baker’s Irish roots. Slainte!

Spiced butter and rum is an amazing drink, and now it’s an amazing cake! Our spice cake is amped up with spiced rum, an amazing spiced milk custard, and made perfect with a spiced rum buttercream. Each bite is an adventure that cannot be ignored! Aarrggh Matey!

Brownie liqueur takes center stage in this decadent adaptation of our Shades of a Lady creation! Our rich chocolate cake is injected with a creamy brownie liqueur and filled with a smooth, semisweet ganache core! Topped with a melt in your mouth brownie flavored frosting, this rich dessert is perfect for that sweet person in your life!
