LEGAL CANNABIS IN TEXAS?
In 2018, Congress passed a Federal Farm Bill that legalized the cultivation and sale of hemp-derived products containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC. After the passage of the Farm Bill, the hemp industry exploded, and a wide range of hemp products emerged on the market.
The most popular among these products are hemp-infused edibles containing the same classic cannabinoids found in recreational and medicinal marijuana (i.e., delta-9 THC, CBD, etc.). Limited regulations around hemp have led to a barrage of fly-by-night companies selling questionable products to make a quick buck. Sativa strains typically have a higher THC to CBD ratio. They are recognized by their tall stature, narrow leaves, and loosely packed buds. Our Ranch Water Rosin Gummies are made using Lifter & Hawaiian Haze, and contain approximately 7mg of THC* and 4mg of CBD.

We use a combination of Strawberry Cupcake & Charlotte's Web to create our perfectly balanced Peach Rosin Gummies, with approximately 7mg of THC* and 5.5mg CBD.

Most hemp products available online and on shelves across Texas are made with low quality ingredients, synthetics, and chemically manipulated cannabinoids. As health conscious cannabis consumers we hope to clarify some common points of confusion around how hemp products are made, and which types of hemp products you should avoid.
WHAT'S DELTA-8 THC?
While both delta-8 and delta-9 THC are naturally occurring cannabinoids found in the cannabis plant, delta-9 is the classic version of THC that's responsible for the "high" you experience after consuming natural cannabis products.
Delta-8, on the other hand, exists naturally only in tiny quantities–nowhere near psychoactive levels. Delta-8 THC products are typically made by chemically converting CBD to delta-8 through a process called isomerization–a chemical reaction where the CBD molecule is rearranged to form a semi-synthetic version of delta-8 THC.
SO, DELTA-9 THC IS THE CLASSIC THC I'M USED TO?
That's right, but all delta-9 THC products are not created equal. Most delta-9 products on the market are made using solvents such as butane, propane, CO2, or ethanol to extract and isolate the THC. Solvent-based extraction is popular because it is significantly less expensive when compared to rosin extraction–a solventless method that uses only heat and pressure to extract all the cannabinoids and terpenes, producing a pure and natural cannabis concentrate.
