INVESTIGATIVE TEAM FAQ

I am part of a paranormal team. Can we investigate the complete building?

Yes. Prior to scheduling, overnight investigation teams must provide sample of a previous investigation (i.e. images, video, audio) to Quirkybaker@catcafebakery.com along with any preferred dates & the number of team members. We are very protective of our building, its energy, and our ghosts.

Once your team gets approval, we will start the scheduling process.

Are all paranormal techniques and tools permitted?

We are very protective of this building, the cafe's energy, and our unseen residents. We have worked really hard to cleanse the atmosphere of this building. We don't want any negative energy invited to the building. You will be removed from the building without any refund if any of the following practices or tools are used:

- Ouija board

- Seance

- Black candles

- Summoning

- Taunting

- Using the term "Dem_n" or declaring any presence as such

- Any activity with dark intentions

What are the options for a team investigation?

All experience options can be found HERE and may be asked after in addition to a midnight hour investigation listed below.

Paranormal Team Private Investigations

Late-night Investigation 4 hours. Typically, 11pm-3am

Groups of 2-4: $65/person. Groups of 5-6: $55/person. Groups of 7+: $45/person.

Extended Late-night Investigation 6 hours. Typically, 11pm-5am

Groups of 2-4: $80/person. Groups of 5-6: $75/person. Groups of 7+: $65/person.

- Must be scheduled a minimum 10 days in advance Tickets not purchased within 48 hours of the event link going live may result in a canceled event. This reserves the resources for your event.

- Access to the sub-floor space below the building will never be permitted.
